Qom

Some written works attribute Qom age to a legendary king named "tahmureth" and believe that before Islam Qom was an important and larg city. In 23 A.H "Abu musa Ash'ari", the Muslim commander, conquered this city in Harun al-Rashid's time in 189 A.H Qom separated from Isfahan.
